As the exclusive listing agent for Towers Crescent Land LLC (the “Seller”), Cushman & Wakefield is pleased to offer the land, entitlements
and approved CDP/FDP plans for the Towers Crescent multifamily development site located in Tysons, Virginia (the “Property”).
The approved CDP/FDP for Towers Crescent is comprised of three separate high-rise towers with maximum density of 919 units. The
